Brazilian President Jair Bolzano has explained that an 11-year-old girl who became pregnant as a result of rape could not be allowed to have an abortion in a public hospital after a court dispute.
“Um bebé de setses mese de gestaoo não se discute a forma que ele foi gerado, se esta amparada or no pela lei.
– The seven-month-old baby of pregnancy, how it was created, is not discussed whether it is supported by law or not. It is unacceptable to talk of taking the life of this helpless man!

– We know that this is an important case, but the taking of an innocent life violates the fundamental right of every human being and does not heal wounds or do justice to anyone, on the contrary, abortion exacerbates this tragedy! There will always be other ways!

The Brazilian leader also said that the 11-year-old girl and her fetus had been subjected to vicious harassment by pro-abortion groups.
“I asked MG [Ministério de Justiça] e ao MMFDH [Ministério da Mulher, da Família e dos Direitos Humanos] To investigate the abuses committed by those involved in this process, “Bolzano said, citing the example of” violating the mystery of justice. “

The 11-year-old girl was able to have an abortion at the Palitoro Ernani University Hospital in Sவோo Diego, Florianopolis (southern), but the decision was not made for several weeks after the judge refused permission for the procedure.
Following the publication of the content of the trial this week on The Intercept Brazil website, a judge, with the support of a regional lawyer, pressured her to give birth and adopt the girl.
Arguing that showing the green flag for abortion at that stage of pregnancy was murder, the judge ordered that the girl be placed in a foster home to prevent her from having an abortion, even though the victim was entitled to it.
In Brazil, abortion is permitted only when there is a risk of miscarriage, maternal rape, or pregnancy.
The lawsuit was probably funded by the Florianopolis Hospital, which initially refused to terminate the baby’s pregnancy in violation of its internal code of conduct.
According to a poll released by Datafolha on Thursday, Bolzano is aiming for 28% of the vote in the October presidential election, with 47% of the vote behind former Brazilian President Lula da Silva.
Lula said in April that anyone can have an abortion. But a few days later, she backed down, saying she was opposed to abortion, although she believes women can still opt for public health reasons.
