Former electronic bingo lobbyist Jennifer Pouncy can’t catch a break today, it seems. Pouncy, who pleaded guilty to bribery and is testifying as a government witness, admitted to “inaccuracies” in testimony in the first bingo trial and said she repeatedly reviewed her prior testimony with FBI agents and a federal prosecutor.
But things started to go bad for the prosecution when Jim Parkman, an attorney for Sen. Harri Anne Smith, asked her to list those inaccuracies — inaccuracies that, Parkman noted, were made under oath — and she could not remember of them.
Pouncy is in her third day on the witness stand.
