Just when we had learned to pronounce ThyssenKrupp, the German company has agreed to sell its stainless steel business, Inoxum, to Outokumpu Oyj of Finland for $3.6 billion, the Wall Street Journal reports. The deal would make Outokumpu the world’s largest steel manufacturer.
