A Montgomery county judge should have recused herself from a custody battle for Milton McGregor’s grandchildren, a Court of the Judiciary complaint says. According to the complaint, Judge Patricia Warner had received significant campaign contributions from McGregor while preventing McGregor’s former son-in-law from seeing his children.
