Lashunda Scales

Birmingham Mayor William Bell has forwarded all information from a city investigation of Councilor Lashunda Scales to the Alabama Ethics Commission. A carnival promoter accused Scales of using city employees and equipment for personal gain and hiring off-duty police officers to intimidate her former business partners.
